What this site collects
The calculators on Paisa Stack (tax, EMI, HRA, and the rest) run entirely in your browser. The numbers you type in are never sent to our servers, stored, or seen by us — they exist only on your device while you're using the tool.
We do not currently use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts on this site[update this line if you add Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar].
What happens when you contact us
If you message us on WhatsApp — to buy an ebook, book a consultation, or ask about a service — that conversation happens on WhatsApp's platform and is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy. We keep those conversations to respond to you and deliver what you've asked for (like sending an ebook PDF), and we don't sell or share your WhatsApp number with anyone else.
Payments
Payments for ebooks and consultations are processed through Razorpay [update once live]. We don't see or store your card, UPI, or bank details — that information is handled directly by Razorpay under their own security and privacy practices.
Free downloads (ebooks, trackers)
Free trackers can be downloaded directly with no email or personal information required. Some ebooks are delivered via WhatsApp after payment, as described above.
Third-party links
Some pages may link to external resources (government portals, other financial tools, or in future, affiliate partners). We aren't responsible for the privacy practices of those third-party sites — check their own policies before sharing information there.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you (limited to WhatsApp conversation history, if any) or ask us to delete it, by messaging us on WhatsApp or emailing reachpankajchhabra@gmail.com.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
